Stallholder Information

Stall space is now being sold for the 2019 show. 

A standard stall is 3x3m charged at £25.  Larger stalls or different pitches may be possible subject to demand.

Stallholder Terms

1. Stall locations are determined by the Committee.

2. Stall fees to be paid in full by BACS or cheque by 1st June.

3. Set up is between 9am and 12pm. You will be able to drive up to, or very close to your stall to set up, please drive on site with caution. All vehicles are to be cleared to an agreed parking location by 12.00pm. The show opens to the public at 1pm. No driving on site prior to the end of the show at 5pm.

4. Please bring your own tables, gazebo, equipment as required.  Please ask in advance of show day if you would like to hire a table in return for a small donation.  

5. Power and/or water can not be supplied.

6. Please leave your pitch tidy and remove all your rubbish.

7. No alcohol to be sold. No alcohol to be given as a prize to anyone under the age of 18.

8. The Seale and Sands Show has Public Liability Insurance covering its committee members and helpers. We cannot cover private stalls or staff and you must ensure you have adequate public liability cover.

9. Stallholders are responsible for their own goods, equipment, staff, vehicles.

10. Please remember this is a community event organised and staffed by volunteers. Please enter into the spirit of the show by being happy, honest and helpful and enjoy the day.
