2024 Stallholder Information Information for the 2024 Show is detailed here. A standard stall is 3x3m charged at £25 (prices remain the same as 2022!). 2024 Summer Show Stallholder Terms
1. Stall locations are determined by the Committee.
2. Stall fees to be paid in full by BACS as soon as possible to reserve your pitch.
3. Set up is between 9am and 12.30pm. You will be able to drive up to, or very close to your stall to set up, please drive on site with caution. All vehicles are to be cleared to an agreed parking location by 12.30pm. The show opens to the public at 1pm. No driving on site prior to the end of the show at 5.15pm.
4. Please bring your own 3x3 gazebo and other equipment as required. We will provide you with one trestle table and two chairs. Please ask in advance of the show day if you have any other special requirements.
5. Power and/or water can not be supplied.
6. Please leave your pitch tidy and remove all your rubbish and recycle what you can.
7. No alcohol to be sold by the glass to be consumed at the show. Pre-orders of full bottles only. No alcohol to be given as a prize to anyone under the age of 18.
8. The Seale and Sands Show has Public Liability Insurance covering its committee members and helpers. We cannot cover private stalls or staff and you must ensure you have adequate public liability cover. Any catering outlets must have their own Health & Safety certificate. Evidence of these will need to be provided to the show committee.
9. Stallholders are responsible for their own goods, equipment, staff, vehicles.
10. Entry to the show is £5 per adult, for every commercial stall two adults will be permitted entry free of charge.
11. Please remember this is a community event organised and staffed by volunteers. Please enter into the spirit of the show by being happy, honest and helpful and enjoy the day.
